Is there a setup fee or long-term contract required?
No setup fees are required for any of our plans. We offer month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts, though annual plans receive a discount. You can cancel or change your plan at any time with 30 days notice.
What happens if I need to add more staff accounts?
Additional staff accounts can be added at any time. Starter plans can upgrade to Professional for more accounts, or you can add individual accounts for £5 per user per month on existing plans.
Do you offer training and implementation support?
Yes, all plans include basic training materials and setup guidance. Professional plans include priority support, whilst Enterprise customers receive dedicated on-site training and a personal account manager.
Can I integrate CleanStream Pro with my existing POS system?
Professional and Enterprise plans include integration support for most major POS systems. Our team will work with you to ensure smooth data flow between your existing systems and CleanStream Pro.
